Our General Manager and Project Manager recently visited Thailand to meet with clients and successfully complete a cold mix asphalt pavement project. The following standard construction process was followed, demonstrating the product’s excellent performance in hot and humid conditions.
Cold Mix Asphalt Production (Construction Process):

Substrate preparation Clean and dry the base; treat cracks in advance.

Resin mixing Mix BES single-component binder with clean, dry aggregates for 2 minutes until fully coated.

Pigment addition Add inorganic color powder and mix for another 3 minutes.

Spreading & leveling Spread manually or mechanically with a loose-laying factor of 1.1. Ensure edges are fully filled.

Compaction, Surface finishing, Curing Final stage to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic finish.
