BES-Exposed Aggregate

Exposed aggregate flooring is a special concrete surface treatment whose main feature is its ability to showcase the concrete's aggregate, that is, coarse aggregate, rather than the usual full coverage treatment. This treatment gives the concrete surface a natural, rustic look and enhances its texture.

The manufacturing process of exposed aggregate floors mainly includes material selection, mixing, pouring, vibration, cleaning and other steps. When selecting materials, you need to choose high-quality aggregates and a suitable concrete formula. During the mixing and pouring process, make sure the concrete is evenly mixed and free of impurities. During the vibrating process, excessive vibrating should be avoided to avoid segregation of concrete. Finally, excess slurry is removed by washing, leaving the coarse aggregate exposed naturally.
